Policies set forth by the University of Minnesota and the Learning Abroad Center guide the administration, planning, and program development of all Learning Abroad Center activity. These policies and guidelines were established primarily for the protection and safety of Learning Abroad Center study abroad participants. For these reasons the Learning Abroad Center expects study abroad participants to read, understand, and adhere to the policies outlined online and in the Know Before You Go Student Handbook.
